Industrial Filters

In our product range we have also added various types of filters to cater to different needs from leading manufacturing companies offering reliable performance of their products

Compressed Air Filters

Compressed Air Filters protect your equipment and delicate instruments from the dirt, water, and oil. Compressed air filters remove these contaminants at an efficiency rate of 99.99% for 0.01 micron particles and droplets.

Air Oil Separators

Air oil separators remove compressor lubricant from the compressed air stream. During normal operation, the compressor lubricant is returned to the oil sum and the compressed air continues to the air receiver. A typical oil separator reduces the lubricant entrained in the compressed air to 2-3 ppm. Under normal operation conditions an oil separators service life is 4,000 to 6,000 operating hours.

Filter Cartridges

Filter Cartridges consists of spun bond polyester, cellulose, and needle felts etc… They are equipped with antistatic, oil and water repellent properties with special coating or membranes. Compressed air filters are used widely by the manufacturing industry for a variety of tasks including valve operation; spray coating, vacuum packing and cleaning.

Panel Filters

Panel separates particles ranging from 1 micron to 50 micron. These filters are basically air intake filters, which is working with negative pressure of systems. The fibres are not affected by moisture.

S.S. Sintered Filters

S. S Sintered Filters are ideal for long-term use in particularly aggressive high temperature environment. Cleanable and regenerable, using back flushing, ultrasonic and other commonly used procedures over many cycles, ensuring long service life.

Polymer Sintered Cartridges

Polymer Sintered cartridges have intricate network of open celled omnidirectional pores in average sizes from 0.8 -2000 microns. Due to sintering process the filtration follows tortuous path. Not only do they act as surface filters by trapping particles larger than their average pore size, they also trap much smaller particulate matter deep in their complex channels.
