Each stage of manufacturing programme is carefully designed to ensure world-class Quality, “Reliability” and trouble free operation with least maintenance. State-of-the-Art high pressure lining process, free of adhesive bonding, ensure sound lining areas of metal components provide firm mechanical grip of lining. The lining covers all wetted areas in Casing & Stuffing Box. These parts, with solidly moulded impeller, offer long service life in handling highly corrosive media (pH range; 0 to 14) and temperatures from – 100C to +260C. Variety of lining materials can be offered to handle almost any fluid.
MIC pumps are adequately designed with foot-mounted Casing, to accommodate high piping loads and high pressures. Centre line discharged Casing design aids natural venting of vapours from the pump.
Over-designed shaft accommodates high torque & power transmission requirements. Over-sized bearing absorb high radial and axial thrust loads, resulting in minimum vibration & noise levels.
Solidly moulded semi-open Impeller with metal insert ensures high strength & durability. The Impeller is dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 to achieve minimum vibration and extended bearing life.

CASING & STUFFING BOX
Graded Cast Iron is offered as a standard. Other materials can be offered on request. These components are lined with compatible lining material in all wetted areas.
As a standard, AISI 316 is offered. Other materials can be offered on request.
Shaft Sleeve is a component protecting the Shaft coming in contact with the corrosive medium, is offered in variety of materials :

A single externally mounted PTFE bellows Mechanical Seal with GFT / Ceramics face combination is offered as a standard. For Specific requirements and strict emission control, double back-to-back seals with suitable face materials can be offered.
